Let us play with this word. Forgiveness. TO FORGIVE. (Leave something behind).
A purpose of forgiveness is to bring peace and strength back into my life. I am letting go of my negative thoughts which are holding me down. I take full responsibility for my actions and myself. I don’t judge others and wish them all the best. To forgive is much easier than it looks like. It is necessary to leave the past behind and forgive because all diseases are caused by imbalance of our body or mind.
One of the key factors in this process, is the love to yourself. Beginning with loving and accepting yourself, you will create an environment of security, hope, gratitude, approval and acceptance. You will create a harmony in your body, mind and spirit. This harmony will bring more caring relationships or positive changes into your life. You will be like a magnet for pleasant events. When you are in balance, you just need to open to the universe, which will take care of you and answer you with same positive and good energy.
When we forgive something or somebody, we actually show how deeply we appreciate OURSELVES. Because this love we have for ourselves, won’t allow us to feel bad because of other things or people. We will decide for our happiness and break off our energy patterns, which take away our strength at creating our life, which inspire us and it’s full of love and happiness.
Who decides whether you are happy or unhappy? The answer is simple – only you! Anybody who wants to be happy and who learns how to deal with things in his/her life can be happy. Expect only the best and you will get only the best.
